Big Bear Restoration was formed by Jeff Thompson and Jim Demkowski in 1999. 

Our company focuses on working with insurance companies and providing the highest quality service. Our office and warehouse is located in Powder Springs, Georgia .

Big Bear Restoration is ready to roll 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We do emergency board up service, water extraction / drying, and reconstruction. Storage facilities are available when needed. 

Xactimate (V28) is the chosen software used by Big Bear Restoration for generating estimates.

Our team combined has over 80 years of experience in the restoration field which includes working directly in the insurance business as well as hands on construction and insurance claim consulting.
