Frank is co-founder of the company. As President, he manages the day to day business activities of the company and oversees all aspects of construction and design. He holds BS and Master of Civil Engineering degrees from the University of Missouri. Frank is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina (8899) and 24 other states. Frank serves on the boards of the Wilkes Economic Development Commission, Yadkin River Greenway, and Wilkes YMCA.
Ken is co-founder of the company. As Vice President, he is responsible for supervision of field construction operations, including management of work crews, coordination of subcontractors, field engineering and scheduling of activities. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Ron has been with the company for 15 years. As Senior Project Manager he is responsible for complete turn-key project management of construction projects. His responsibilities include negotiation and preparation of contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, estimating, coordination and complete construction management.
Tracy has been with the company for 15 years. As Project Manager, he is responsible for project management and estimating commercial projects. His responsibilities include negotiation and preparation of contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, and cost control. He holds a BS Electrical Engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Tracy serves on the Broadway Volunteer Fire Department and Wilkes Rescue Squad.
