Scope Of Work
Fluor provided comprehensive project and program management services to the San Bernardino Associated Governments for the projects funded by the Measure I voter initiative.
The approved cost of the program was US$1.8 billion for transportation improvements over 20 years. The highway program was comprised of 33 miles of new highway, High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) projects on existing highways, commuter rail, and major and local street improvement projects.
Fluor also implemented traffic management and environmental enhancement programs.
