Fluor provided project management and design/build services on the 39-story structure, which included more restaurants, more shops, more entertainment, and more casino options than any other Las Vegas destination at the time.

The 34-acre resort included, seamlessly connected under one roof:

4.7 million square feet

7,500-seat performing arts center

800,000 square feet of retail

2,600 superior guest rooms and suites

A 100,000-square-foot casino, featuring a four-story ceiling and multiple overlooks, plus 2,800 slot machines and 87 table games

The London Club, a 30,000-square-foot European-style casino within a casino

100,000 square feet of flexible pre-function and conference space featuring 18 break-out rooms

Six restaurants, ranging from casual to elegant

Two outdoor swimming pools on a sixth-floor terrace
