Our President, Mrs. Kim Adams, manages the company and possesses more than 24 years of experience in business management ,contract administration, and business development. Kim is responsible for all contract administration, including managing subcontracts, deliveries, invoicing, bonding, and progress meetings to make sure all projects are running as proposed or better.  Kim is persistently and constantly moving the company towards greatness through established procedures to complete projects on time and within budget. This leadership has resulted in an increase in sales of over 250% with over 60% generated from repeat clients and client referrals in the last 12 months.  Kim is committed to shaping and cultivating Mountain Consulting into a reputable company nationwide. 

Our Vice President, Mr. Troy Adams, P.E., is a registered Professional Engineer in Delaware and Maryland, with over 19 years of experience in engineering planning, design, and project management.  Troy has considerable knowledge and experience with DOD projects.  Troy was the Resident Engineer for Oak Ridge National Laboratories during the Heat Plant Decentralization, a Department of Energy Project at Dover AFB.  He also managed DOD construction projects at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Delaware, over a 9 year period totaling $207 million.  Such projects include Base Housing Privatization and a 149-room Dormitory Construction.  Troy's skill and experience allow Mountain Consulting to propel and excel in the engineering design and project management industry.
