J. Herbert Construction Co., Inc., is a full service, turnkey general contractor based in Northeast Ohio.  As a female owned entity, providing general contracting services since 1982, we have built a strong reputation for quality and consistency.

Over the years, we have constructed thousands of square feet of new construction, additions, expansions, and remodels.  We carry three different lines of pre-engineered buildings and we’re also seasoned in commercial construction.  Even live remodels, during which our clients are able to remain open during construction.  We are very courteous and cautious, as we understand the importance of our client’s customers.  After all, our tagline is, Our Business is Building Yours.

In order to accomplish these things, we understand the importance of communication with all parties involved in a project, and keep open lines and supervision a constant.  We have had many repeat customers, which speaks to our desire to build and maintain professional relationships.  We pride ourselves on getting a call for a new project from a client we have previously served.  You can count on us to bring your project in on time and within budget.  Although these words may be used loosely by some, we truly understand how schedules and cost overruns impact your business.
