Construction Brokers Inc. is a full-service General Contractor with an Elevator Equipment Expert on staff.  We specialize in providing ALL non-equipment Code-required work for Elevator Modernization and Escalator projects. We have extensive experience in commercial remodel, tenant improvements, new construction for traction, hydraulic, and MRL elevators and escalators, and fabrication of custom cab interior finishes.

We service a multi-state region, including Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon, Iowa, Illinois, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Texas.

Our projects are performed and completed in compliance with OSHA, ASME, IEEE, and other applicable federal, state, and local building and safety codes. Our management team has more than 200 years of combined project management experience on 3000+ construction projects.
We have acted as both the general contractor and a subcontractor to accommodate client requirements.
