Windamir is a licensed, self-performing general, electrical, and mechanical contractor and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Alabama. Windamir performs a wide range of constructionservices in both the private and public (federal, state, county, and city) sectors with specialties including design-build construction, new construction, interior and exterior renovations, remodeling, and other specialty projects including airfield, electrical substation, and antiterrorism force protection work. The company’s primary focus is on federal government contracts at military facilities and we have successfully completed over 200 such projects.

Windamir’s management is dedicated to providing the highest quality product to our customers while not compromising safety. Our staff self-performs many construction services in order to control the quality and timeliness of day-to-day project activities. Both management and field personnel work closely with our team and specialty subcontracting partners to ensure a quality project delivered on schedule, on budget, and with a high degree of professionalism.
