Founded in 1966, E.H. BUTLAND CORP. began in the real estate development business constructing single family tract houses, townhouses, apartments and commercial/retail centers through Southern California. During the late 70’s, E.H. BUTLAND CORP. started building specialty restaurants coast-to-coast.

In the 80’s, E.H. BUTLAND CORP. embraced the medical construction industry and completed CT Rooms, R/F Rooms and MRI Rooms in several Southern California Hospitals and Diagnostic Clinics.

By the end of the 80’s, E.H. BUTLAND CORP. had expanded in acute care hospital renovations, hospital additions, outpatient imaging centers, outpatient surgery centers, skilled nursing facilities and specialty laboratories throughout California.

Today E.H. BUTLAND CORP. has become one of California’s foremost general contractors capable of completing a vast array of hospital/medical and commercial projects.

Since our founding, 52 years ago, E.H. BUTLAND CORP has evolved into a leading medical construction company in California and has completed over 3,000 projects; 1,500 project’s under OSHPD jurisdiction. E.H. BUTLAND CORP is also licensed in Idaho and Texas, with licenses pending in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
