Frank Rothermel's Bio
Frank Rothermel is President and 50% stockholder of the company. Frank joined forces with Denark in 1996, after more than 20 years of experience founding and leading his own construction company. From his early experience as a craftsman and his BS degree in Economics, Frank has always put quality construction and customer care first.
Beyond his general contracting accomplishments, he has made a point of “giving back to the community” through work with many local non-profit organizations.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Economics from Ohio University
Mr. Rothermel brings to the team a wealth of construction experience and a deep understanding of a client’s expectations. As President, Frank focuses his attention primarily on Operations, Office Management, and Finance & Administration. Through this participation, he is able to guarantee Denark’s continued strong and stable growth.

Raja Jubran's Bio
Raja Jubran is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and 50% stockholder of the Company. Raja has led the Company’s management team since its incorporation in 1985. Overall direction of the firm, pursuit of its vision, and adherence to its mission are top priorities for him, although as CEO, he maintains a broad overview of the operation of the firm, along with the rest of DCI’s strong team of executives. Beyond his general contracting accomplishments, active involvement in serving and improving the community is an important obligation as well for Raja.

Raja brings to the team a wealth of construction experience and a deep understanding of a client’s expectations, assuring each project’s ultimate success.
Raja is the immediate past Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The University of Tennessee (term: 2012-2018) and served as Chairman of the Executive & Compensation Committee and as an ex officio member of all other Board Committees. He is an Emeritus Member of The University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering Advisory Board.
Raja was previously a Board Member and Chairman of the Loan Committee of Clayton HC Inc., which was acquired in 2017 by FirstBank. He was recently elected to the Boards of Directors of FB Financial Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary, FirstBank.

Steve Lucas's Bio
Industry Experience: 37 years
Steve is responsible for overseeing all preconstruction, estimating, project management and field supervision, as well as the administration of all contractual requirements for the project, the maintenance of the project budget and construction schedule, all subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, meeting minutes, shop drawing logs, and other important documentation. He is responsible for quality and serves as a resource and direct point of contact for the Owner.

Steve brings extensive experience in managing a wide variety of major industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. His many years of hands-on construction experience and his educational excellence with a “High Honors” degree in Masters in Civil Engineering give him the discipline to oversee the day-to-day management of company operations.

Grant Rosenberg's Bio
As part of Denark’s Senior Management Team, Grant is responsible for the company’s business development, marketing, communications and strategic planning efforts. In addition, he works closely with clients early in the life of a project to provide professional input and guidance on a variety of critical business decisions, including site selection, construction delivery method, preliminary cost analysis & financial pro forma.

Grant brings a broad range of experiences and perspectives from both the public and private sector. He formerly served as Vice President of Housing for Southeastern Housing foundation II and Neighborhood Housing, Inc., both supporting organizations of Knoxville Leadership Foundation (KLF), where he oversaw the acquisition, financing, development, marketing, sales/leasing and management of single?family and multifamily properties throughout East Tennessee. Prior to that, he began his professional career in Knox County government as a Student Intern. Over the course of a decade and spanning two different Mayoral administrations, he ascended to several senior management and leadership positions, including Director of Office of Neighborhoods, Director of Code & Zoning Enforcement and Director of Community Development.
