Scope Of Work
The Amenity Center at Lindera Preserve is a simple, clean 2,800 square foot facility with accompanying pool. The building houses an open pavilion along with enclosed storage, pool equipment, and men’s and women’s restrooms. The unique continuous pool shape allows for a shallow kiddie pool with Vortex Water Garden water features, a deeper adult pool and two swimming lap lanes.
