Our history began in 1956 with founder Edwin B. Hill Jr's partnership in one of the largest construction companies in the state. In 1977, Mr. Hill and his son, E. Burrow Hill III, established Hill Construction Corporation. Since we have continued to expand our services, portfolio, and commitment to our clients. Today, Hill Construction Services is led by Chip Crane, Gene Garrett and Bart Bodkin who, along with their exceptional team of construction and planning professionals, continue to build upon the solid foundation the Hill family established as a preeminent Charleston builder.
