Scope Of Work
The Riviera, owned by Belmond Charleston Place, underwent a complete renovation to include a newly-installed second floor, banquet kitchen and retail spaces. The interior artwork was completely restored, along with the exterior façade and marquee. The space currently houses a ballroom, screening room, lobby, and a rooftop terrace.
