Our Origin

Professional Construction Services Group, Inc., PCS Group, was founded in 2001 and incorporated in the states of Pennsylvania and New York.

The company founder is a licensed Professional Engineer who worked in the corporate construction departments of Getty Petroleum, Toys R Us, and Loews Theatres for over fifteen years. He began his career as a Regional Engineer and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility to the position of Director of Construction, before starting our company. During this time he was responsible for directly managing hundreds of projects including environmental remediations, "big box" ground up retail stores, mall remodels, a million square foot automated warehouse, and a Times Square movie theatre. From this experience our company began with a large pool of reliable subcontractors, client contacts, and employees. It also provided us with a vast and varied background in commercial construction from the perspective of the client.

Our primary focus has been in the construction and renovation of retail stores from North Carolina to Maine.

The mission of Professional Construction Services Group, Inc  (PCSGroup) is to build and manage quality construction projects within the budget and time constraints of our clients. Our focus is primarily on the construction of retail facilities for growing national or regional public corporations.

As a service provider to retailers, we realize the importance of maintaining a schedule and completing a project on time. We work to eliminate any and all obstacles and impediments to the project schedule, even when they are caused or created by others. We eliminate excuses, whether they are by our employees, vendors, subcontractors, or our client's agents or consultants.
 
We are aware that we are a member of a niche business characterized by long term relationships with clients and their employees. Our focus is on maintaining these relationships based on the successful performance of our work. We do not accept or provide favors or gifts of any kind.
