Tony established TSCM in 2003 and has over 40 years of construction management experience, office and field.

Kim helped cofound TSCM in 2003, and has managed the office, HR, and all financial duties from the start.

Anthony Seashore established TS Construction Management in 2002. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Anthony “Tony” Seashore brings a wealth of hands-on experience to projects and specialized expertise to his clients. Tony’s history includes all project types from small retail stores to large-scale biotech, pharmaceutical and medical projects. Throughout his career Tony has performed construction administration and management services on hi-tech, manufacturing, public service, housing, hospitality and non-profit projects. His in depth project experience on this broad array of projects gives Tony thorough knowledge of construction management throughout every step of the process. Tony is involved in all aspects of project construction including site acquisition, entitlement and construction. He has expertise in the design/build approach to project construction as well as bond financing, and labor negotiations. He applies creative and cost-effective measures on all TSCM projects.

Robert’s focus at TSCM is preconstruction, operations and cost estimating. In this role he assists clients during the planning phase of a project. With the insight he has gained over the course of his 27 years experience in construction management, Bob offers clients a very realistic view of anticipated project costs and schedule.

Bob has provided construction management services on a broad array of project types, including recent municipal projects, medical and office projects and residential projects. He creates preliminary construction budgets and estimates project costs, schedules development, and provides owner and subcontractor negotiations. He also provides design evaluation for value engineering and constructability.

Prior to joining TSCM, Bob was the Vice President of preconstruction and estimating for Swinerton Builders. In this capacity he provided preconstruction services, budgeting and technical support for Swinerton’s telecommunications division.

Daniel joined TSCM as a Project Engineer in 2015, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2019.

Tony joined TSCM in 2020 as Senior Superintendent. He has 31 years of construction experience and 27 years of superintendent experience.
