Our Story
Bilbrey Construction, Inc. offers the skill, expertise and experience you can rely on for your institutional, commercial, and industrial construction needs. From design/build to construction management, we have the high standards and professionalism capable of bringing your vision to life.
Our company was founded in 1986 by Dave Bilbrey in Dayton, Ohio under the name of “David M. Bilbrey, General Contractor, Inc.” In 1990 the name was changed to “Bilbrey Construction, Inc.” in order to
simplify the name.
Dave started out in the first year with just a few employees. Steadily, the company built a good reputation and a large client base. The firm began completing more and larger projects from the ground up and had acquired a large number of repeat customers. The sales volume grew and the size of our projects increased.
In 1990 Bilbrey Construction, Inc. purchased the building at its current location on Ludlow Street in Downtown Dayton, Ohio. With this move, we have centralized all operations (office, warehouse and yard operations) and allowed ourselves to operate more efficiently from one location utilizing computer and digital technology to keep information constantly flowing between our workforce, our office and our customers.
The company’s steady growth and solid reputation is attributed to our highly skilled staff and the quality of work we pride ourselves on. All of our jobs are given the thoroughness and attention to detail required to complete our client’s needs and visions.
Today, Bilbrey Construction, Inc. has become a firm known as a general contractor that provides top-notch customer service and quality construction projects to its clients.
