Andrew R. St. Clair is Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Andrew is responsible for monitoring and oversight of all equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets. 

Andrew began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2002 as Assistant Vice President and Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Andrew was Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he was an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager serving institutional real estate investors. 

Andrew is a member of NAIOP and is President elect of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky chapter of that organization. Andrew is also active in Downtown Cincinnati, Incorporated, serving on its Board of Directors and chairing its Clean, Safe, and Beautiful Committee. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Ohio.

Charlie Thomas is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Equity Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Charlie is responsible for all of Eagle’s equity investments specializing in new developments and acquisitions  both wholly-owned and joint ventures.

Charlie joined Eagle Realty Group in 1990 as Assistant Development Manager, Real Estate Development. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Charlie was a Development Manager with Linclay Corporation, Assistant Vice President with Washington Square Mortgage and a Construction Officer with The Central Trust Company.

Charlie is a member of the Urban Land Institute and participates in National Multi-Family Housing Council meetings on behalf of Eagle Realty Group. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University.

Greg Rowe is Vice President Specialty Debt Investments for Eagle Realty Group.  Greg is responsible for Eagle’s special situation investments including real estate fund investments, 1031 exchanges and real estate related tax credit investments. 

Greg began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1996 as Vice President & Director, Asset Management.

Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Greg directed acquisitions and asset management for Great Traditions Land & Development Company and held a similar position at Jones Lang Wootton USA.  

Greg holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from the Carroll School of Management of Boston College. 

Matt Reidy is Vice President, Real Estate Investment Strategy, Portfolio and Risk Management for Eagle Realty Group. Matt is responsible for managing the allocation of investments across Eagle’s real estate debt and equity portfolios, and the development of ERG’s investment strategies across debt and equity investments.

Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Matt was Assistant Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income, with Fort Washington Investment Advisors.  Matt begin his career with FWIA in 2005 as Manager of Investment Operations & Performance Reporting.  Prior to joining FWIA, Matt was with Nationwide Insurance as an Asset Management Audit Analyst and Fidelity Investments in the Specialty Trading area.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).  
 

Paul Silva is President of Eagle Realty Group.  Paul is responsible for the management and oversight of all debt, equity and strategic investments, as well as Construction Management. 

Paul began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Debt Investments.

Prior to joining Eagle Paul spent 10 years at First Financial Bank as President of Commercial Real Estate & Healthcare banking. Paul was President of Merchants Bank and Trust and also held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank and Key Bank.

Paul currently serves on the University of Cincinnati’s Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate (BEARE) and he is an Executive Committee member of the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.  

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Mount Saint Joseph University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University.

Reid Abernethy is Vice President & Director, Structured Equity Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Reid oversees the team responsible for seeking new joint venture real estate development opportunities, underwriting valuations, executing due diligence and negotiating joint venture and other related agreements.

Reid began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2011 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Reid held a real estate investment position with Nationwide. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.

Rob Alpern is Vice President & Director, Strategic Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Rob is responsible for strategic regional development projects and investments on behalf of Western & Southern Financial Group. Rob began his career with the parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, in 1993 as a Management Trainee. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Rob was a Real Estate Investment Analyst for Morgan Stanley in Washington, D.C. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Business.

Tom Stanek is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Debt Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Tom oversees loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade multi-family and commercial property. 

Tom began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1997 as Assistant Vice President and Director of Mortgage Loan. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Tom served as a regional loan officer with One American Life Insurance Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Tom is a member of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is also an active teaching volunteer and board officer with Junior Achievement of OKI Partners. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University and has completed the Fellow, Life Management Institute certification with honors.

Charlene began her career with Eagle Realty Group in 2011. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Charlene was Vice President/Regional Director, Real Estate Debt at Lincoln Financial Group.  Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from Indiana University.

Dennis Tabler is Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan for Eagle Realty Group. Dennis is responsible for loan origination and portfolio management for debt placement on all types of institutional grade multi-family and commercial property.

Dennis began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2002 as a Mortgage Loan Portfolio Manager. From 1971 to 2002, Dennis worked for the parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group as a Stock and Bond Accountant and a Bond Trader and Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Thomas More College.

Nick Arszman is Senior Real Estate Closing Specialist for Eagle Realty Group.  Nick is responsible for loan closings for debt placement on all types of institutional grade multi-family and commercial property.  

Nick began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2018.  Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Nick was a Product Specialist in Risk Management with Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Business from the University of Cincinnati.

Todd Etter is Vice President & Director, Construction Management for Eagle Realty Group. Todd is responsible for due diligence and construction monitoring and oversight of Eagle’s joint venture developments, mortgage loan inspections and company-owned asset maintenance and renovation.

Todd began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2013 as an Asset Manager. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Todd worked as Director of Acquisitions for Lite Solar Corporation, a real estate energy development company. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati. 

Jeffrey Garr is a Senior Project Manager, Construction Management for Eagle Realty Group.  Jeff is responsible for the design and management of approved large facility, construction and renovation projects for client-occupied properties, investment properties and joint-venture properties. 

Jeff began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2009, during the construction of Queen City Square.  Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Jeff was Project Manager for Dick Corporation in Blue Ash, Ohio, and a Project Engineer for Hunt Construction Group, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.  

Patrick Merten is Project Manager for Eagle Realty Group.  Patrick is responsible for managing construction and renovation for major construction projects and capital improvements for client-occupied properties, investment properties, joint-venture properties and managing construction draws for joint venture properties and mortgage loans.

Patrick began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2017.  Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Patrick was Real Estate Development Director with J-II Homes, Inc. in Fairfield, Ohio.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Master of City and Regional Planning, from The Ohio State University, Knowlton School of Architecture, emphasis on real estate development and Master of Science degree from The Ohio State University, School of Natural Resources, emphasis on information technology and environmental policy.

Mike DeHart is Vice President and Controller for Eagle Realty Group. Mike is responsible for the financial management, accounting, reporting and control systems for Eagle Realty Group. He serves as a coordinator to integrate all accounting and financial data as necessary to accommodate the reporting requirements of our clients and property owners. 

Mike began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1998 as a Property Accountant. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Mike served as Vice President and Director of Residential Property Management for the Northeast Division of Picerne Properties. Mike launched his career with Coopers & Lybrand, where he performed audit and tax work. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Morehead State University and has completed coursework in the Executive MBA program at Belmont College.

Scott Dinius is Assistant Vice President & Director of Portfolio Accounting for Eagle Realty Group. Scott is responsible for oversight of portfolio performance analysis, investment management revenue administration and other product management functions.

Scott began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1999 as a Property Accountant. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Scott held various real estate accounting and asset management roles with real estate management companies, as well as Lincoln National Corporation in Fort Wayne. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Cynthia Bucco is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Cynthia is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Cynthia began her career with Eagle Realty Group in as an Assistant Vice President and Director of Facilities and Property Management in 2009. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Cynthia was Assistant Vice President, Corporate Real Estate, at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, and held various positions at LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle) and Deloitte.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.

Dan Baranowski is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Dan is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Dan began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2016. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Dan was Vice President of Asset Management at Meridian Realty Investments in Louisville, Kentucky. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University.

Dave Rubsam is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Dave is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, as well as Hospitality investments.

Dave began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1998 as an Asset Manager. From 1990-1998, Dave worked for the parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, as a Management Trainee. Prior to joining Western & Southern Financial Group, Dave held various accounting/financial reporting positions with Fifth Third Bank. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
