Scope Of Work
ACC Construction completed the build out of Toyota's new offices at 601 Lexington Avenue. The project is LEED Gold certified; it is a 30,000 square-foot, full-floor renovation including private offices, conference rooms, reception areas, an executive area and training rooms, as well as support and specialty areas, pantries, and mail, copy, data, file, and storage rooms. ACC built new elevator lobby finishes and reconstructed the existing core toilet facilities so that they meet current code requirements. A stunning feature is at reception; the boardroom, separated by full-height glass walls, becomes private when its doors close and the glass becomes opaque.
