Scope Of Work
ACC completed the buildouts of over 45,000 square feet at 625 Broadway, which included the lobby and vast office space over multiple floors. In conjunction with TPG Architecture, ACC constructed the office space for e-commerce website design companies such as Crowd Tap, M&C Saatch, and Fluid Inc. Included in the buildouts were multiple pantries and reception areas, high-end millwork imported from Italy, and glasswork.
