The referenced learning center facility at Cannon Mountain was one of our many design/build projects which, as you may know, can significantly reduce a project owner's risk while saving time and money.
Working together with with JSA Architectural, we were able to design and build the facility on time and within their budget.
We were construction managers for the 9,000 square-foot Citizen's bank on Main Street in Nashua, NH, which featured an upscale design consistent with its prime location near City Hall.

One of several Malden Mills projects was a major renovation due to a devastating fire back in 1995.
We have also worked on other projects with Malden Mills as construction managers, such as the referenced 30,000 squre-foot addition to their Hudson, NH facility in 1982.
This project involved a complete interior fit-up of Milton CAT’s new 110,000+ square-foot sales and service campus in Londonderry, NH. The scope-of-work included metal stud framing, drywall, interior doors/hardware, windows, radiant-heated flooring plus finish carpentry work.
The complex consists of sales and showroom space, offices, conference rooms, kitchen/break room, locker room, and large service areas.
Prudent construction management enabled us to make efficient use of available space at the referenced New Hampshire Air National Guard Medical & Training Center at Pease International Tradeport in Newington, NH. Healthcare projects such as this one are among our specialties.
This note from Port Director Gino Marconi references a most interesting two-phase expansion project awarded to Brookstone Builders by the Pease Development Authority (PDA). The first phase involved the construction of a concrete floating dock and gangway at Portsmouth’s Market Street Marine Terminal.
