Scope Of Work
Historic and modern building elements are beautifully blended in this 4,000 square foot home. An interior stairway and painted profile moldings were restored to their original grandeur while high quality materials like Calcutta and Thassos stone and glass tile were used in the modern design. The lower level of the house was excavated to create a new kitchen with a walk-out patio. Excavation also included creating a unique basement below the patio which houses all utilities and mechanical systems.
