Scope Of Work
The project is the design-build of a hurricane hardened, certified, two-story, 16,700 SqFt. administration office building at the City of Gainesville Public Works compound. Major building components include underground utilities, composite concrete tilt wall system, hollow core floor and roof slabs, insulated roof with garden roof system, low emissivity impact resistant glass, premium interior finishes, mechanical air conditioning, building automation system, electrical distribution, interior and exterior lighting, emergency power, telecommunications and data system and audio/visual components.
