BBI Construction Management, Inc. was formed in 1978.  BBI specializes in construction management and design-build projects while focusing on developing strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and completing quality projects on time and within budget.  The firm’s team consists of highly qualified, pro-active professionals who work tirelessly to ensure all projects are successful in every aspect – planning, budgeting, scheduling, performance, safety, quality, communications and value.

Throughout the years, BBI has completed a variety of projects including: new construction, pre-engineered metal buildings, renovations, remodeling, historical preservation, re-roofing and other building maintenance, utility infrastructure, equipment installation, greenhouses, pole barns, asbestos abatement, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and chilled water projects, as well as fire code corrections.  In addition BBI has had the University of Florida Minor Contracts (projects < 2 million dollars) since 1999, and currently holds a contract for Alachua County Job Order Contracts. BBI is a local Small Business Enterprise registered with Alachua County.
