Rippee Construction, Inc. was formed in 1995 by Carol and David Rippee to provide General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design/Build services in Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. Since our inception, we have built a reputation of trust, quality, and integrity.

Rippee Construction has a proud history of working with notable clients on a variety of projects. We specialize in new construction, historical restoration, and interior renovations of educational facilities, medical centers, corporate offices, theatres, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and green projects. For the past 10 years, we have been a construction manager with both Florida State University, and the Leon County School Board.
