CCS International, Inc.

As President of CCS International, Inc., Mr. Parr has overall responsibility for operations, service quality, and client satisfaction. Working in the industry since 1965, he has authored numerous articles on the topics of project and cost management.

A Certified Professional Estimator, Mr. Parr is an active member of various associations including the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE), Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE), American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).

Mr. Laudolff’s responsibilities include supervising the firm’s cost estimating team and coordinating all activities to ensure that projects progress on schedule and within budget. Prior to becoming a Principal, he was a senior cost estimator for the architectural, structural and civil disciplines. Mr. Laudolff has authored several articles on the topic of cost management and has been working in the industry since 1984.

A Certified Professional Estimator, Mr. Laudolff is treasurer of the Chicago chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and is also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).

Mr. Parr is responsible for marketing and business development throughout the Midwest and region including Texas. He has been with CCS International Inc. since 2000 and has developed a strong understanding of marketing in the A/E industry through a large network of clients. Mr. Parr previously served as the President of the Chicago Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and is also a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).

Mr. Svoboda is the Director of Technical Services for CCS International Inc.’s corporate headquarters in Chicago, Illinois and is also a senior cost manager. His responsibilities include developing internal project schedules and coordinating the efforts of the firm’s cost management team.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Svoboda worked for a residential builder where he was responsible for estimating, scheduling and troubleshooting. He also designed a new computerized estimating strategy that considerably lowered the time and costs involved in developing cost estimates.

Mr. Svoboda is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and is also a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE).

Mr. Sanner handles marketing and business development for CCS International Inc.’s East Coast and South East regions. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has a proven track record facilitating all areas of construction management, including developing operations throughout the federal and local government infrastructure industry.

Mr. Sanner has extensive experience in all phases of construction such as site analysis, feasibility studies, value engineering, design and planning phases, and construction management through completion of project close-out. He has received recognition and awards including the Chevron Oil Company Award in 1992 for the achievement of a national record of 51 days for the quickest new facility turnover of raze-and-rebuild process, and also two NACS achievement awards, winning best retail projects 2004 and 2006.

Mr. Bransby is responsible for overseeing business development for all offices nationwide. Prior to becoming a Principal, Mr. Bransby was a senior cost manager for the architectural, structural and civil disciplines. Having worked in the industry since 1985, he has developed numerous cost-related presentations which he routinely presents to industry organizations and clients.

Mr. Bransby is an active member of various industry associations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), SAVE International, the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).
