LHV Precast, Inc. was started by Dick and Clarice Willis in 1979, and continues to operate from the headquarters in Ulster County – Kingston, NY. Leasdership has passed from Dick and Clarice to their sons Jim and Bob Willis. Dick, a former industry leader passed in 2020. Clarice still keeps tabs on her sons and the business.
LHV Precast, Inc. is currently managed by Bob Willis, President and Sales Manager, and his brother Jim Willis, Vice President Production and Shipping. Under their leadership the sales and production teams provide quality products with your projects’ schedules in mind. Additional family leadership is being groomed with Jim's sons Kyle and Dylan involved in the day-to-day operation of the business..

LHV uses quality cement, sand and stone in its precast concrete products. Our in house technicians (American Concrete Institute Certified) along with outside inspectors maintain high-quality finished products.
