Our Story

LHV Precast, Inc. was started by Dick and Clarice Willis in 1979, and continues to operate from the headquarters in Ulster County – Kingston, NY. Leadership has passed from Dick and Clarice to their sons Jim and Bob Willis. Dick, a former industry leader passed in 2020. Clarice still keeps tabs on her sons and the business.

LHV Precast, Inc. is currently managed by James Willis, CEO and  Bob Willis, President and Sales Manager. Under their leadership the sales and production teams provide quality products with your projects’ schedules in mind. Additional family leadership is being groomed with Jim's sons Kyle and Dylan involved in the day-to-day operation of the business..

LHV Precast, Inc. has an expansive line of products ranging from catch basins & manholes, electrical vaults & light pole bases, box culverts & three-sided spans, the Stone Strong Retaining Wall System, Legioblock construction system, Crystal Stream water quality solutions, Highway Barrier Systems and many custom products to meet the needs of specific projects. We are the creative application specialists 

LHV uses all NYSDOT approved materials i n its products. Our in house technicians (American Concrete Institute Certified) along with outside inspectors maintain high-quality finished products.
