Scope Of Work
Moss completed this $109 million, 45-story residential tower which sits on a 13.5 acre site along the Miami River in downtown Miami. Its massive structure includes 504 luxury condominiums and nine levels of parking in addition to restaurants and retail shops located at street level. A dramatic two-story lobby, dual high speed elevator banks, private storage units, resort style pool, full service spa, steam room, sauna, and state-of-the-art fitness facility are among the building’s amenities.
Moss worked closely during the early preconstruction planning phases to develop detailed logistics plans that addressed the challenges of working adjacent to the Miami River, Miami Metrorail, local businesses and other active construction sites nearby. With limited laydown and staging areas available, Moss communicated closely with the City of Miami to develop a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan to cycle concrete and steel trucks in a loop through the site for deliveries as well as provide additional staging and storage for subcontractors under the Metrorail. The project represents the second consecutive residential tower that Moss constructed for this owner.
