Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the renovation of an existing 55,000 SF office building/warehouse for the Marion County Supervisor of Election’s office and storage facilities. Phase I included the renovation and build out of 35,000 SF of warehouse space for the storage and maintenance of voting equipment. Renovations included new offices for the Supervisor of Election’s staff, a Public Viewing Area, a driveway with a canopy for delivery of ballot boxes during election time, and the replacement of the existing roof.
As construction manager, Moss worked closely with the owner, designers, consultants throughout the preconstruction planning phases to ensure all budget, schedule and logistics requirements are addressed prior to commencing work in the field. The assignment represents one of several projects that Moss is constructing for this public agency under a five-year continuing contract.
