Scope Of Work
Winner of the ABC 2007 Craftsmanship Award, this unique, self-contained private community encompasses 881,000 SF and features 288 luxury condominiums within its two 10 story structures. Each tower includes its own courtyard with a palm-shaded private pool, sundeck and spa surrounded by landscaped gardens. Building amenities include elegant lobbies, a private gym, and 284 reserved parking spaces in the 4 story garage. Colonnade’s sidewalks, tree-lined paths and a park complete this urban community.
Built within an active urban environment, Moss staff kept all adjacent properties in full operation while construction took place. Working under a negotiated contract as construction manager, Moss worked closely with the owner and designers during a lengthy preconstruction process and proposed several value engineering solutions that resulted in $1.4 million in savings at project completion
