Requests are automatically routed to all relevant staff -including the owners, operations manager, area managers and office administrator -and can be accessed via mobile devices. They are also automatically logged in our customer management database as well as the client’s individual file. In this way, our team is empowered to quickly assign responsibility for the resolution of all requests. The database also allows our management team to track trends, helping us identify the need for additional service or staff re-training. Once we have received your request, our customer service team is alerted and a plan of action is created.
