We began primarily with high-tech work such as cleanrooms for IBM, and have since grown and expanded our expertise and markets to far varied projects including tenant improvements, education, bio-tech, and solar manufacturing.

Bay Area Builders specializes in commercial, industrial and retail construction. Based in Santa Clara, our team of highly talented architects, project managers, and superintendents gives us the ability to provide full service design/build, construction management and general construction services.
