Nathan Kappler's Bio
I have a passion to work with and assemble excellent teams of
construction professionals. It is my belief that creating a teamwork
environment will lead to a enjoyable construction process that will in
turn lead to successful projects for all stakeholders.
I have 10+ years prime contracting experience working as JOC,
IDIQ, CMAR, Design-Assist, and a Design-Bid-Build contractor. My
customers include the Smithsonian Institution, University of Arizona,
Amphitheater Public Schools, Pima Community College, Pima County, City
of Tucson and many more. Regardless of the delivery method, I will
approach each project as partner to the Owner and Architect, working
hard and skilfully to make everyone's experience a success.

As Owner and President of Kapp-Con, Incorporated, I am excited
