Scope Of Work
The UofR Student Activities Complex is a greenfield development with eight cottages for the University Sororities. They are single story, wood framed buildings with a masonry veneer and simulated shingle roofing. Each cottage has a kitchen, group meeting space, a conference room and custom finishes and upgrades per sorority. The Activities Center contains a catering kitchen, meeting rooms and conference facilities.
