Scope Of Work
The complete 99,500 sf renovation and a 7,000 sf addition to an existing shopping center. The new facility houses meeting space for the Russell County Board of Supervisors; a Lebanon, Virginia, branch office for the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals, and Energy; CGI annex for CGI's software development and systems integration facility in Lebanon, Virginia; the New Russell County Government Offices; the Russell County Conference Center with a full catering kitchen; and the Southwest Virginia Technology Development Center that has meeting rooms and classrooms for both large and small audiences, office space, and computer labs. The renovated structure now has an attractive new facade, new interior finishes, new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, and a fiber optic telecommunication backbone.
