Scope Of Work
BurWil Construction was selected as the Construction Manager for the City of Bristol, Tennessee's new 75,285 sf elementary school. BurWil performed both pre-construction services and construction services for this project. The new facility consists of 28 classrooms, library, music and art rooms, gymnasium, full service kitchen, dining room, stage, and associated administrative office and resource space. The project incorporates many aspects of green construction such as natural lighting, sustainable site development, and a geothermal heating and cooling system. It also utilizes a state of the art lighting control system to maximize energy efficiency.
