Scope Of Work
BurWil Construction was very pleased to be awarded the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy project at East Tennessee State University. This project enhances our list of historic renovations and restorations in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. The 40,500 sf project included a complete interior renovation with extensive detailed woodwork and all new mechanical, plumbing and electrical services. The project was the recipient of the Tri-Cites Chapter of the AGC 2008 Project of the Year Award.
