Scope Of Work
BurWil Construction continued our 15-year relationship with Emory & Henry College with the renovations and additions to Byars Hall. This project included renovations of one 13,000 sf, 19thcentury classroom building with a 19,515 sf addition housing the drama, music and art departments. This project was BurWil’s first LEED project receiving a Silver certification. A unique feature of this project included a complete restoration of the two historic debating rooms.
