Certified LEED Silver and voted 2011 AGC Project of the Year, this 5 story, 130,000 S.F. building is considered one of the largest office complex in the Tri-Cities. The construction systems used were steel frame structure and deep foundations (Geo-piers and Micro-piers). The exterior is a combination of curtain wall and brick pre-cast panels. A vegetaded roof, heliport and state of the art data center, are some of the special features of this building.
