Lou, a Hamden, CT native and graduate of Quinnipiac College with a
B.S. in Accounting has had a passion for remodeling work most of his
life. Beginning early he watched and participated with his father
build custom cabinetry, perform electrical and plumbing repairs, build
sheds, decks and most home renovations around the house. This passion
evolved later in life for Lou by performing many of those remodeling
projects for his own Real Estate investment homes. Lou says (as a
relatively young homeowner), “having a home is like having an infant
child, ALL THE TIME, constant attention is always required.”
Throughout the years Lou has become involved in many other activities
by donating time to local shelters and providing handy-man work to
those less fortunate. In 2014, Lou along with 10 other North Haven
taxpayers were selected to be on the North Haven Middle School
Building committee. He currently serves on that committee along with 3
additional sub-committees for the Town of North Haven.
Lou has dedicated many hours to his career and is extremely
passionate about the building and remodeling industry. In 2016 Lou had
obtained an “ABO” designation from the State of CT by becoming an
Assistant Building Official. He continues to build on his knowledge to
provide the highest level of professionalism as well as his “can-do” attitude.
A North Haven resident, Lou lives with his wonderful wife and two children.
