This project encompasses a partial laboratory suite fit out of floor 5A of the Mink Building at 1361 Amsterdam Avenue (a converted storage facility building), as well as shell build outs and demolition on floors 4A/5B, 5A/6B and 7B in anticipation for future laboratory tenant and roof build outs required to accommodate mechanical needs and a potential roof garden amenity. The fit out on 5A approximately 6,200 s.f of laboratory, office, meeting, conference room and pantry space.
