Scope Of Work
The Vincent T. Lombardi Memorial Center is a multifaceted athletic complex serving the campus community. In response to a growing number of users, a two story restroom addition was constructed at the field house complex.
Site congestion required the addition be sandwiched between two existing buildings and a busy service road. This made logistical coordination key to the success of the project. Construction included site excavation, new concrete foundation, structural steel, wall panel systems, and all MEP and finish work to complete the bathrooms.
