Scope Of Work
The Hammer 5th and 6th floor laboratories for genomic medicine include wet and dry laboratories, tissue culture spaces, animal testing rooms, as well as surgery rooms. Special features include an Enviroairs5 compressor, vibration tables for microscopes and vented racks.
This two phase project had a compressed schedule and was done with the use of only one service elevator with specific time slots to allow for deliveries and remove debris.
