With the summer around the corner, we decided to go ahead and get a few prices to cover our back patio. I've contacted two other companies before I contacted Victory Awning. Victory Awning was also recommend by friends. It seems like these people over complicate things, something that was so simple and straight forward with the other companies is not with Victory Awnings. I decided to give them feedback about this, biggest mistake ever. These people can't even handle feedback. I was at the end basically told by Scott the Sales Manager that they were not typically doing residential and that they were overwhelmed and that I should contact one of the other companies. Let me tell you the friends that recommended Victory Awnings were very shocked and can't remember ever dealing with a Scott person. They are also very concerned at this point since they already got their patio covering done, and not sure how this is going to affect them since Victory Awning doesn't typically do risedential work. Something they were not made aware of at the time. Also the website advertise residential patio coverings. At the end it was unprofessional and misleading!
