Andrew Wesley Surritt Jr.'s Bio
Wesley brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as President of Wooden It Be Nice. His experience includes the planning, management and execution of a wide variety of construction projects ranging from residential and multi-family development and construction, retail and commercial construction, as well as working with governmental projects such as the Veterans Administration.
Wesley is also experienced in a wide variety of project delivery methods, including design/build, construction management, new construction, and renovation/restoration work. His work ranges in dollar volume from $25,000 to $25 million, and his job descriptions have varied from carpenter to project manager to his current position as President. Wesley personally ensures that all projects meet our commitment for quality, schedule, and budget; and he addresses all contract issues and resolves any of the client's concerns.
Wesley has also been actively involved in developing new clients and markets, as well as being responsible for visioning, implementing, and facilitating the company's stratagy for evolution and positioning in an ever-changing marketplace.

Doug joined Wooden It Be Nice in 2009 and has more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience spans the residential, industrialized residential, institutional, and commercial sectors and ranges from projects of 1,000 to 250,000 square feet, having held positions from carpenter to project manager.
Doug's primary function for Wooden It Be Nice Ltd is to provide client specific day-to-day oversight of field operations, including management and direction of superintendents and subcontractors. His responsibilities have included estimating, purchasing, scheduling, cost control, field coordination and job site superintendent all types construction projects.
Mr. Knights 38 years of experience has led to an impressive list of successful projects and outstanding relationships with clients, subcontractors and supplier communities alike. He brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to our field operations.

Andrew Wesley Surritt, III's Bio
Andrew brings more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at Wooden It Be Nice. With almost two decades of solid construction experience, he has held numerous positions in project management. His experience includes a wide variety of construction projects, in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Throughout his career, he has gained invaluable experience in a variety of key roles. Mr. Surritt is the direct liaison with all of Wooden It Be Nice's vendors vital to the operations of the company. It is relationship opportunities like this in the construction industry that drew Mr. Surritt to the industry and continues to make his work rewarding. He thoroughly enjoys the “art of the deal,” and thrives on giving clients what they want for a reasonable budget. By safeguarding the interests of all project stakeholders, Mr. Surritt continues to strengthen Wooden It Be Nice's relationships .
Mr. Surritt is personally involved in the estimating and purchasing for our projects, ensuring that our projects is executed smoothly and efficiently from the bidding process thru completion. He carefully monitors quality control and provides timely issue resolution to try to guarantee client’s job satisfaction.
Mr. Surritt also serves as Chief Safety Officer for the company and is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Company's safety policies and programs.

Jeremy S. Orzel's Bio
Jeremy joined Wooden It Be Nice in 2008 bringing with him more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Orzel's experience spans both the residential and commercial sectors and ranges from 2,500 to 230,000 square feet. Mr. Orzel is currently serving as one of the managing partners and as a project superintendent, managing the on-site day-to-day activities of the individual projects for our clients.
Mr. Orzel takes great pride in the integrity with which Wooden It Be Nice operates, along with its desire to forge genuine, life-long relationships with owners, are the strengths Mr. Orzel emphasizes when introducing someone to Wooden It Be Nice. These traits, he believes, generate the passion, skill and dedication that Wooden It Be Nice personnel bring to every project. For Mr. Sinnock, being part of an established company with strong values, respected leadership and a century of exceptional performance makes business an exciting enterprise.
Mr. Sinnock merges his years of experience in the industry with his proficiency in the construction management process to assist clients and owners in projects that will carry them into the future. He brings nearly two decades of experience to his role. Recognizing that every project is unique, he matches a clients needs with Wooden It Be Nice's strengths and expertise to ensure that the final product meets the goals for scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
