Our Story

Security Monster is a locally owned and operated company that has been in the security industry for sixteen years. We are members of the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce and we participate in the annual Lane County Home Improvement show. We provide our services to both commercial and private residential homes, installing our systems in either new construction or existing structures.

We believe that every customer is our best customer and we treat them that way. Customer service is the name of the game for us. Anybody can sell a security system, but if you don't have the service behind the system, what good is it?

Security Monster prides ourselves in the service and support of our customers. Without our customers, we wouldn't be here.

Same Day Service

A security system that is not functioning correctly or not working at all is useless. One of the biggest complaints we hear is the amount of time it takes their security provider to respond to a service call. For this reason, we honor same day service calls to issues called in during morning hours. If we get the call in the afternoon, we work you into the following days schedule.

The latest technology

Security Monster is very involved with the latest and greatest technology. We currently BETA test cameras for GE Security, attend annual security conventions, and train at manufacturer facilities to completely understand the technology we are offering our clients. With the latest technology available to you, you have many avenues and doors to your systems. Remote access via the internet to your video surveillance systems, text messages to your cell phone on alarm events, emailed video clips when there is activity, etc.
