I used a different HVAC contractor on the building adjacent to the one that Master worked on. Additionally I used the other contractor on the shell buioldng that Master worked in. Once I used Master on the buildout of the 2nd building, I wished I had found Master earlier. They were easy to deal with, did what they said they were going to do and caused ZERO drama. I would hire them again in a second the next time I work in South Florida.

We have relationships with 1,000's of subcontractors across the US. From day (discussing project bidding), until final inspections, Master's Mechanical has been our top 15 list for us. Our first project together, we unfortunately had to remove an underperforming HVAC subcontractor, which put our project over a month behind schedule. Master's Mechanical had the pricing, manpower and the expertise to help get us back on schedule. During this project, Master's Mechanical Service Dept. helped us resolve a complex HVAC design failure on a separate project. Thanks again (Billy Flowers, Sean Pinna, John Barrios). As a superintendent, I have had the opportunity to accept many bribes or other forms of gratitude, but have never accepted anything and never will. These comment made here are not from family or friends or offerings. Great job Master's Mechanical!
