Founded in 1993 Waverly was begun with the goal of providing big company sophistication on mid-sized projects while creating honest, close working relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and vendors.   Since the very beginning, we have remained true to this aim.

During our years in business, we have gained experience in constructing numerous types of facilities.  Most typically, commercial projects include:  office, warehouse, retail, medical and senior living in the Maryland and Virginia markets.  We are actively involved with our business and staff in Poland, as they construct a variety of sophisticated industrial, manufacturing and office facilities.

Since its founding, Waverly has grown its leadership structure to include a diverse, energetic and loyal group which carries on the principles and values of the founding partners.  Whether a public, private or non-profit client, Waverly’s staff works hard to embody the original vision of the Company – one of competence, honesty and partnership.
