Scope Of Work
dcb Construction Company Inc. was selected by PB-1, LLC Development to design and build two retail buildings at the corner of 128th and Colorado Blvd in Thornton, Colorado. The retail center enjoys a high level of architectural finishes and currently houses a liquor store, two restaurants, a fitness center and a veterinary office. The site includes a 7,000 SF block retaining wall and enhanced landscaping.
