Scope Of Work
The dcb Construction Company Inc. Design-Build team worked closely with multiple neighborhood associations and representatives to develop this architecturally fitting contribution to the Rino district just north of downtown Denver. Complete with barn doors and indoor parking, this three-story conditioned self-storage facility was built from property line to property line in an effort to maximize the development value. With a clientele base that ranges from daily users to long term tenants, this development fits perfectly into a neighborhood that has been growing around it and has found a very nice community to live in.
